When you find yourself in difficult territory without a map.

Therapy can help you find the way through.

Relationships are everything - we live in the currents of reciprocity. The way we relate to ourselves, to our loved ones, and to our challenges determines the the flow of our lives. In therapy we can build a relationship that meets you exactly where you are, that helps you step into health and well-being, and gets you where you want to go.

I work with clients to explore what is beneath the surface, increase self-trust, and find your unique resiliency. There will never be life without difficulty, nor without possibility for companionship, growth, and freedom.

Couples Therapy

Our highest highs and lowest lows happen in our most intimate relationships. I help couples who want to navigate their way out of distress, create fulfilling sex lives, and strengthen their bond.

My approach is based in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), a gold standard for empirically validated couples interventions. EFT can help couples:

  • …learn new ways of expressing yourself and understanding each other's perspectives.

  • …identify and address underlying issues that may be causing conflicts in your relationship. By working through these issues in a safe and supportive environment, you can learn to resolve conflicts in a healthy and productive way.

  • …create an environment where vulnerability is well-received. Through connection and understanding, you can build deeper levels of trust

  • …explore new ways of connecting and expressing love, affection, and sexual desire for each other.

Individual Therapy

Our relationship to ourself is the only through-line in our ever-changing world. I help individuals who want to create a better relationship with themselves - one that supports them in meeting the pain and adventure of life. Together we can explore who you are, what you need, and what you dream of.

Special areas I work in:

  • …life transitions, break-ups, insecurity, depression, anxiety, ADHD, attention & focus, codependency

  • …low libido, body image & sexuality, sexual trauma, building a sexual identity, overwhelm & people-pleasing

  • ...exploring sexual identity & sexual preference; questioning; coming out; queer and lesbian sexual desire

  • …chronic back pain, headache, fatigue, IBS
